The apartments are located in a leafy and quiet neighborhood of Bunga Kawuku a perfect get away from the bustle of Kampala. Lake Victoria is only 200 meters. They all furnished, equiped with WIFI and DSTV.
This coud be ideal for a company that needs to accomodate its staff.
Cost and booking
Cost for long-term stay (more than 12 months)
- 2-bedroom- ground floor: €450 euro per month, excluding tax and utilities.
- 2-bedroom- 1st floor: €450 per month, excluding tax and utilities.
- 1-bedroom- top floor: €350 per month, excluding tax and utilities.
The all set is €1 150 per month, excluding tax and utilities.

The apartment has two bedrooms a well fitted kitchen. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with a small garden - perfect or breakfast or barbecue.
This is our favorite apartment where we stay during our holiday.

Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a 2 floor apartment block. The apartment comes with security, dstv (satellite TV), WiFi and washing machine room. Very nice light and cosy.
